Complete each exercise once to complete one circuit. Complete 3-4 circuits 15-20 reps per exercise.
MB - Medicine Ball
MB Pushups (Alternate hand on ball between pushups) 15-20 reps each side
MB Squats
MB Shoulder Press
MB Deadlifts
MB Crunches
