15 Keys to Optimal Weight Loss Success!
I've been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I've pretty much seen it all when it comes to fad diets, misleading gizmo's and magic creams to help shed body fat. It's a new year and another round of advertisements focusing on the New Year's resolution crowd.
It doesn't matter who you are or where you come from, the keys to weight loss and keeping it off are the same as they were when I started training. The difference in whether you succeed or not lies on you and sound advice that works every time. This is an overview of the special report "15 Keys to Maximizing Your Nutrition Program for Optimal Weight loss Success!"
First, tracking is critical. If you’re not committed to journal what you eat on a daily bases, the bikini body you’re looking for and the six-pack abs will allude you for anther year.
Second are the nutrition guidelines to follow. What are you suppose to eat? There are too many diet programs with too many contradictions. It would be great of reading the 300 page book was enough to burn off 10 or 15 pounds. Following sound nutrition guidelines will get you results. Don't buy into any more quick weight loss diet schemes.
Next, minimize (cut out sugar). This is harder than many think because there’s sugar in everything. The average American diet consists of consuming 160 pounds of sugar a year.
Fourth is supplementation. If figuring out what to eat wasn't hard enough, finding the right supplements to assist with nutrient gaps left by low nutritious valued foods is another daunting task. Rest assure, there are supplements that will help you manage weight loss, appetite control and enhanced energy without negative effects on the body. As a matter of fact, I've found a nutrition company that will help you increase your energy level, lose weight (if that's your goal) and feel better and healthy than you have in years!
Another key to healthy living success is hydration.
The sixth key is rotation. Any diet that suggests eating the same foods day in and day out for convenience and simplicity will fail. Nutrition must have variety to assist all the body's organs and systems.
The seventh and final key in this overview is preparation. "Be Prepared!" is the Boy Scout motto.
