Meditation Practice
Begin today looking at the things you believe, whether they are positive or negative.
Are these your beliefs or did someone else put these beliefs on you? Many beliefs are forced on us as children. We believe what our parents, teachers, other family and friends believe.
You can change your beliefs whenever you want. If you have the ability to recognize they are disempowering, change them!
Focusing on negativity will only bring more negativity into your life experience solidifying your preexisting belief, while focusing on positive, uplifting events in your life will bring you an abundance of positivity.
Create what you want your new beliefs to be by writing them down on paper. Each night before bed and again when awake read these new beliefs aloud. Focus on what your life will look and feel like with these beliefs in place.
Do this for the next 21 days. You will be amazed with your results!
