1 Mile - Race Pace
1 Mile - 25% of race pace
1 Mile - Race Pace
1 Mile - 20% Race Pace
1 Mile - Race Pace
5 Minute Cool Down (run at slow pace)
If you do not know your race pace, try to keep a faster pace during the "Race Pace" phase. It needs to be fast, but something you can maintain for a mile!
