Run 25 ft. Down and Back
KB Farmers Walk 25 ft. Down and Back
20 Rowers
*every set, decrease the rope by 10, push ups by 1 and rowers by 2. The final set should be 10 Alternate Up-Downs, 1 Push up, 2 Rowers. The Run and the Farmers Walk stay the same
