After a 10 to 15 minute warm up, complete 4 sets of the following exercises 4 times through.
2 Minutes - Jump Rope

15 MB - Push ups

15 MB - Squats

30 MB - Side Twists (15 each side)

15 MB - Deadlift

30 Seconds - Elbow Plank
