It will never be the Perfect Time!
I've been a coach and mentor for almost 20 years now. I've pretty much seen and heard it all when it comes to excuses as to why people can't get what they want from their fitness and nutrition goals.
One of the most common is, "It's not the right time." or any variation of this statement.
When is it ever the "right time" for anything?
We have to work with what we've got. PERIOD!
There will always be set backs.
There will always be outside forces we can’t control.
There will always be other people to deal with.
There will always be economic crisis.
There will always be too much of this
and too little of that.
There will always be… there will always be… there will always be….
It’s real easy to sit in the downward spiral of negativity and flush yourself away in self-pity, but when does that ever help?
Instead of focusing on all the reasons why you can’t do something, look at the things you can do and do them.
There will always be positive people in your life.
There will always be opportunities for you to get what you want.
There will always be a way to fit workouts in.
There will always be healthy options for you.
There will always be time for what you make time for.
It’s time to suit up, step up and get your ass in gear!
You have to want it. Not just say it, but live it!
There are too many talkers… it’s the doers that get it done! And the talkers just envy the doers.
Start now, let’s go and work toward the results you want.
Don’t let timing be the excuse of why you didn’t get to your goal. Because you’ll never get it if you keep on thinking the “perfect time” will come.
